Fulcrum Digital appoints Sathish Raghunathan as Chief Financial Officer

Fulcrum Digital, a leading IT services and digital solution engineering company based in the United States, has announced the appointment of Sathish Raghunathan as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Bringing with him over two decades of experience, Raghunathan is recognized for his expertise in financial leadership and driving transformative growth within the IT sector. He has held pivotal roles in guiding companies through mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Prior to joining Fulcrum Digital, Raghunathan has contributed significantly to renowned organizations such as Wipro, Ensono, and Kin + Carta.

In a press statement, Fulcrum Digital, headquartered in Pune, India, highlighted Raghunathan’s proven track record across various sectors, including Software as a Service (SaaS), data center and cloud services, consulting, and digital transformation. His strategic insights and experience make him a valuable addition to the management team as Fulcrum Digital embarks on its next phase of growth.

Commenting on the appointment Dhana Kumarasamy, CEO of Fulcrum Digital said, “As we continue to scale our platform engineering, digital services, and AI Platform assets, Raghunathan’s proven track record of driving financial strategies amidst growth and challenges aligns perfectly with our vision for the future. We are confident that his leadership will further strengthen our financial foundation, investment in innovation and merging technologies, and drive sustainable growth.”

Having acquired several professional certifications including Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA), and Chartered Accountant (CA), Raghunathan expressed his enthusiasm about joining the Fulcrum Digital team at this crucial juncture of growth and innovation.

“The company’s cutting-edge platform engineering capabilities, coupled with its deep tech expertise in digital transformation, present immense opportunities for value creation. I look forward to partnering with the leadership team to strengthen financial discipline, operational rigor, and drive strategic initiatives that fuel our trajectory as an industry leader,” he added.

In February, the IT services company announced its intention to recruit 700 individuals across various technology domains, including artificial intelligence (AI), throughout the year. Rajesh Sinha, the chairman, mentioned in a statement that these new hires will be stationed both in India and overseas.

Additionally, earlier this year, the company unveiled Ryze, a generative AI platform, in Pune. Designed to streamline operations for enterprises managing extensive databases, Ryze is presented as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. It offers functionalities such as data extraction, fraud detection, compliance checks, and semantic searches, catering to diverse business needs.
