Fusion CX to Invest ₹100 Crore in New IT Campus at Bengal Silicon Valley Tech Hub

Fusion CX is investing ₹100 crore to develop a new 11-storey IT campus at the Bengal Silicon Valley Tech Hub in New Town, Kolkata, as the company expands its technology and customer experience operations in India.

The proposed facility is expected to create more than 9,000 jobs at full operational capacity, further strengthening West Bengal’s position as a growing destination for IT, business process management, and digital services investments.

Fusion CX has already secured approximately 1.06 acres of land in Action Area II of New Town for the project, which is expected to be completed over the next three years.

Commenting on the expansion, Co-founder and CEO Pankaj Dhanuka stated that West Bengal continues to remain the company’s largest offshore delivery cluster. The company currently operates across 15 countries and employs more than 15,000 people globally.

The investment reflects increasing demand for customer experience management, AI-enabled business services, digital support operations, and outsourced enterprise services as organizations worldwide continue accelerating digital transformation initiatives.

The development also follows Fusion CX’s expansion in eastern India through the launch of its E-Commerce Centre of Excellence in Siliguri in August 2025, highlighting the company’s broader regional growth strategy.

In addition to expanding its operational footprint, Fusion CX has also received approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India for a proposed ₹1,000 crore initial public offering (IPO), indicating the company’s plans to strengthen its capital base and support future growth initiatives.

The Bengal Silicon Valley Tech Hub in New Town has emerged as one of eastern India’s major technology and innovation corridors, attracting investments across IT services, digital infrastructure, AI, cloud computing, analytics, and enterprise technology sectors.

The latest investment announcement comes amid continued expansion across India’s IT and BPM industries as enterprises increase adoption of AI-driven customer engagement platforms, digital operations, automation technologies, and global capability centers.
