
Mumbai, India – Indranil Saha has joined Snabbit as Director – Experience, bringing with him nearly a decade of expertise across customer experience, product management, business strategy, consulting, and operational transformation.
Saha announced his move to Snabbit following a successful stint at Swiggy, where he was involved in building and scaling customer experience functions. During his tenure, he worked alongside leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance customer experience and support business growth through scalable operational practices.
Sharing his thoughts on the transition, Saha said the move was motivated by the opportunity to take on a new challenge centered on the company’s next phase of growth. He noted that the opportunity extends beyond scaling operations and focuses on strengthening customer trust, improving experiences, and driving execution excellence across the organization.
According to Saha, the prospect of simplifying complexity, strengthening operational foundations, and creating experiences that can scale with the business played a significant role in his decision to join the company. He also highlighted Snabbit’s ambitious vision, the clarity of the problem it is addressing, and its strong customer-first approach as key reasons behind his move.
At Snabbit, Saha will focus on building experiences that help create trust, encourage customer loyalty, and contribute to long-term business growth. He expressed enthusiasm about working alongside the company’s leadership and teams while continuing to learn and contribute to the organization’s journey.
Saha is an MBA graduate from the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli (IIM Trichy), Class of 2019, where he was recognized as a Gold Medal Finalist for Best All-Round Performance. Prior to joining Snabbit, he held customer experience leadership responsibilities at Swiggy and led large-scale artificial intelligence, automation, and transformation initiatives that delivered improvements in customer experience, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
Recognized among the Top 10 Ecommerce Leaders and a two-time recipient of the Best CX Leader of the Year award, Saha brings extensive expertise in customer experience strategy, operational excellence, and business transformation to his new role at Snabbit.
