Kapture CX Raises $10 Million to Accelerate Global Expansion and AI-Powered CRM Growth

India — AI-powered customer experience platform Kapture CX has raised $10 million in fresh funding led by Bajaj Finserv Ventures, as the profitable SaaS startup accelerates its global expansion strategy and strengthens its AI-driven enterprise customer engagement platform.

The company said the new investment will be used to expand international operations, enhance research and development capabilities, and scale its AI-powered CRM and customer support platform across global markets.

Kapture CX currently serves more than 1,000 enterprise customers across 18 countries, supporting organizations with AI-led customer service automation, omnichannel engagement, workflow management, analytics, and enterprise customer experience solutions.

The funding comes amid rising enterprise demand for AI-enabled customer support technologies as businesses increasingly adopt automation, conversational AI, intelligent ticketing, predictive analytics, and digital engagement platforms to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Commenting on the development, Kapture CX Co-founder and CEO Sheshgiri Kamath said the company has achieved significant growth while maintaining profitability.
“Since our Series A round in 2023, Kapture has grown 4X and achieved what remains rare in the AI economy – profitability,” Kamath said.

The company is now targeting 5X growth as it expands its product capabilities and international footprint.

Kapture CX has positioned itself within the growing enterprise AI and customer experience technology market, where organizations are increasingly investing in AI-powered platforms to automate customer interactions, improve response times, reduce support costs, and deliver more personalized digital experiences.

Industry analysts note that AI adoption across customer experience management has accelerated significantly over the past two years, driven by advancements in generative AI, agentic AI, automation technologies, and enterprise workflow orchestration.

The latest funding round also reflects continued investor interest in profitable AI SaaS businesses capable of demonstrating scalable enterprise adoption and sustainable revenue growth amid intensifying competition in the global AI software ecosystem.
