Kissht Parent OnEMI Doubles Quarterly Profit as Assets Under Management Rise 68%

OnEMI Technology Solutions, the parent company of digital-lending platform Kissht, reported consolidated net profit of ₹125.1 crore for the second quarter of FY2027, approximately double the ₹62.4 crore recorded in the year-earlier period. Revenue increased 44.7% year on year to ₹731.8 crore. On a sequential basis, profit rose 31.6%, while revenue increased 9.3%.

Assets under management reached ₹9,317 crore at the end of the quarter, representing year-on-year growth of 68.4%. Loan disbursements during the period increased 56% to ₹4,612 crore. The company has been expanding beyond its core consumer-credit operations, with loans against property accounting for 7.9% of assets under management, compared with 4.1% a year earlier.

Total quarterly expenses increased 34.9% to approximately ₹586 crore. Impairment charges rose 8.7% to ₹133.1 crore, a slower rate than the expansion in revenue and the loan portfolio. The relationship between rapid asset growth, impairment charges and credit performance will remain a central operating measure as the lender scales.

The board also approved an investment of up to ₹624.1 crore in subsidiary Si Creva Capital Services through a rights issue. OnEMI said the investment would be funded from the proceeds of a preferential issue approved on 23 October. That transaction involves approximately 26.49 million shares allotted to 34 investors and is expected to raise about ₹832.2 crore.

OnEMI entered the public market in May 2026 through an approximately ₹926 crore initial public offering, including an ₹850 crore fresh issue. The latest capital actions suggest that a significant portion of its balance-sheet expansion will continue to be channelled through its regulated lending subsidiary.

Kissht operates a technology-led model spanning digital customer acquisition, underwriting, servicing and collections. Its reported quarterly growth therefore reflects both higher credit deployment and the scaling of the software and data infrastructure supporting that portfolio. The company’s filings provide the reported financial and operational figures, but the longer-term performance of the newer secured-loan segment will require further seasoning across multiple repayment cycles.
