LEAP India Sets ₹151–₹159 Price Band for ₹2,480 Crore IPO

Technology-enabled supply chain and asset-pooling company LEAP India has set a price band of ₹151 to ₹159 per share for its initial public offering, through which it plans to raise up to ₹2,480 crore.

The public issue will open for subscription on August 7 and close on August 11. Bidding for anchor investors will take place on August 6, while the company’s shares are expected to be listed on the BSE and NSE on August 14.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of shares worth ₹480 crore and an offer for sale of up to ₹2,000 crore by existing shareholders. KKR-backed promoter Vertical Holdings II will sell shares worth approximately ₹1,998.6 crore, while promoter-group entity KIA EBT Scheme 3 will divest shares valued at around ₹1.4 crore.

At the upper end of the price band, LEAP India is seeking a valuation of approximately ₹7,000 crore. The company plans to use ₹360 crore from the fresh issue proceeds to repay or prepay outstanding borrowings. The remaining funds will be allocated towards general corporate purposes.

LEAP India provides technology-enabled asset-pooling and supply-chain services. Its platform allows businesses to access reusable logistics assets such as pallets, containers and material-handling equipment without owning them directly. The company serves customers across the fast-moving consumer goods, food and beverages, ecommerce, quick-commerce, automotive, industrial and third-party logistics sectors.

The company operates a network of 30 warehouses and seven outsourced pallet-manufacturing facilities. It serves more than 900 customers and employs over 3,250 people.

LEAP India reported a 56.4% increase in revenue to approximately ₹729.5 crore in the financial year ended March 2026. Its net profit rose 66% to around ₹62.3 crore during the same period.

JM Financial, Avendus Capital, IIFL Capital Services and UBS Securities India are acting as the book-running lead managers for the IPO. KFin Technologies is the registrar for the issue.
