Bengaluru-based Live2.ai has raised ₹130 crore, approximately $14 million, in a pre-Series B funding round led by IvyCap Ventures. The transaction includes primary capital for expansion and a secondary component providing partial liquidity to early shareholders.
Live2.ai operates an AI-native social-intelligence and commerce-activation platform. Its system monitors consumer and brand conversations across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X and product-review websites, converting those signals into marketing and commerce actions.
The company plans to invest in its agentic-intelligence layer, expand enterprise deployments and strengthen regional cloud infrastructure across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Part of the funding will support recruitment across engineering, data science and customer success in India, Singapore, Europe and North America.
Its platform combines trend detection, influencer-content auditing, campaign publishing and performance measurement. Commercially approved social content can also be converted into shoppable experiences for websites, retail locations, customer-relationship-management systems and online marketplaces.
Live2.ai says it serves more than 200 brands, including Titan Brands, Shiseido and Henkel’s Schwarzkopf. The company reports that revenue increased fourfold during the past 12 months and that approximately 90% of revenue is generated outside India. These operating figures are company-provided and have not been independently audited in the funding announcement.
Co-founder and CEO J Venkat leads the company alongside co-founder and chief operating officer Neha Suyal.
