Ltd., Monalisa spent over 11 years with Dr. Lal PathLabs, where she held several senior leadership positions, including General Manager and Deputy General Manager – Human Resources. During her tenure, she played a key role in workforce expansion, performance management transformation, leadership development initiatives, and merger and acquisition integration programs. Her contributions helped strengthen organizational capabilities and support business growth across multiple functions.
Earlier in her career, Monalisa also held significant HR leadership responsibilities at Tata Tele Business Services, where she managed talent development programs, learning and development initiatives, and broader HR operations across various regions.
