India — Nestlé Business Services (NBS), the shared services organization of the Nestlé Group, has announced plans to establish its first Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India in Hyderabad this year, in partnership with Genpact. The new centre marks a significant expansion of Nestlé’s global business services network and is expected to strengthen the company’s digital, operational, and AI capabilities.
The Hyderabad GCC will serve as an extension of Nestlé Business Services’ global operations, bringing together domain expertise, process intelligence, data analytics, artificial intelligence, automation, and digital operations to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and business consistency across Nestlé’s worldwide operations. The centre will support multiple global business functions while leveraging Hyderabad’s technology talent and growing GCC ecosystem.
