Nikita Singh has joined Park+ as their Head Customer Experience. She shared the announcement via her LinkedIn update.
Prior to this appointment, Singh was working with FabAlley as their Head Customer Experience for four years. She has also worked with StalkBuyLove as their manager, customer relationship management for more than two years.
Singh is a professional with more than 14 years of experience in the areas of customer experience management, training management, quality management, process improvement and operation management in various MNC’s related to e-commerce, e-learning, ITES and telecom; with a certification in counseling and psychology from COGITO, Mumbai.
