PNB MetLife has appointed Nilesh Kothari as its new CFO, effective from 3rd August. The decision underscores the firm’s dedication to onboard leadership with elite experience, all driven by the mutual objective of safeguarding families through various life phases.
In his role as CFO, Kothari will be responsible for business strategy, financial oversight, the management of investments’ middle and back offices, supervising vendor relationships, tax handling, and investor communications.
Kothari, a chartered accountant and seasoned financial expert with over two decades in the life insurance domain, has managed areas including strategy, FP&A, procurement, controllership, IFRS, and specialized insurance accounting, to name a few. Before his current role, he held the CFO position at Bharti AXA Life Insurance and served as a senior finance manager at SBI Life Insurance.
