DAMAC Digital has appointed Rahul Tewari as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), strengthening its leadership team with over 25 years of global experience in investment banking, corporate development, and general management. With a strong track record across U.S. and Indian markets, Rahul is recognized for his transformational leadership and strategic vision, particularly in high-growth and innovation-led environments.
Prior to joining DAMAC Digital, Rahul served as CFO at Games24x7, where he led a $75 million equity raise, supported the company’s valuation rise to $2.5 billion, and launched a $50 million venture fund. He has also held key leadership roles at Quikr, Avaya Inc., and global investment banks such as Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank, where he was instrumental in executing large-scale M&A transactions, capital raises, and operational restructuring.
