Microland Limited has appointed Rajesh Lakhani as Senior Vice President and Geo Leader – APAC, as the company looks to accelerate its growth across the Asia Pacific region.
Based in Bengaluru, he will be responsible for driving profitable expansion, strengthening client and partner relationships, and enabling organizations to build secure and resilient digital ecosystems through strategic technology adoption.
Rajesh Lakhani brings extensive experience across strategy, sales, operations, and technology. Prior to joining Microland, he served as Regional Managing Director – India, Middle East and Africa at SID Global Solutions from April 2025 to February 2026 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, where he led regional business operations.
He also worked at Kyndryl India from March 2024 to March 2025 as part of the strategic engagement team, focusing on driving growth through large, long-term contracts.
Earlier, he spent over seven years at Wipro Limited as General Manager and Head – India Sales, Cloud Infrastructure Services from April 2016 to June 2023 in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, where he led cloud infrastructure sales and business development.
His career also includes leadership roles at Lenovo India and Hitachi Vantara, where he managed P&L responsibilities and drove large-scale transformation initiatives across global markets.
With experience spanning customer relationship management, operational excellence, and business transformation, Rajesh Lakhani brings a strong foundation to support Microland’s growth ambitions across the APAC region.
