Randeep Singh has been appointed as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at FINDI Group, a leading fintech and financial infrastructure company. In his new role, Singh will spearhead the people strategy across FINDI’s various verticals—FindiATM, TSI (Transaction Solutions International), FindiBANKIT, and Unified Banking Centres—with a focus on fostering a unified talent and culture framework.
His appointment comes at a strategic time, as FINDI gears up for nationwide expansion and prepares for its initial public offering (IPO). With a workforce of over 1,000 employees across India, FINDI is scaling its ATM infrastructure, digital payment solutions, and banking partnerships.
Singh brings more than 23 years of global HR leadership experience, having led transformational initiatives at PwC, Macquarie Group, Essar, and Reliance Retail. He also co-founded HR tech firm HONO, successfully scaling the venture across 10 countries.
