Ruchita Jain Appointed Vice President and Head – COO Strategy at Axis Max Life Insurance

Ruchita Jain has been appointed as Vice President and Head – COO Strategy at Axis Max Life Insurance, strengthening the company’s leadership across strategy, customer intelligence, and business transformation initiatives.

Alongside her new role, Jain currently serves as VP – Head, Strategy, Portfolio & Compliance and VP – Head Customer Insights at Axis Max Life Insurance, where she leads initiatives spanning customer insights, strategic planning, portfolio management, compliance, and business transformation.

In her expanded leadership position, she is expected to focus on strengthening operational strategy, improving customer-centric decision-making, enhancing business transformation initiatives, and supporting enterprise-wide growth and operational alignment.

Jain brings extensive experience across customer insights, consumer behavior analytics, market research, strategy, customer experience, and insurance business transformation.

Prior to her current leadership responsibilities, she served as Assistant Vice President at Axis Max Life Insurance and held multiple positions at Max Life Insurance, including Chief Manager – Customer Insights, Senior Manager, and Manager – Customer Marketing and Insights.

Earlier in her career, she worked as Project Director at Insights and began her professional journey as a Software Engineer at Aricent Technologies.

Her diverse experience across analytics, customer intelligence, insurance strategy, and business transformation positions her strongly to support Axis Max Life Insurance’s evolving customer engagement and operational strategy initiatives.

The appointment comes as insurance companies increasingly invest in customer analytics, AI-driven insights, digital transformation, personalized insurance products, and data-led operational models to improve customer experience and business efficiency.
