Sandeep Bathla has been appointed Chief Global Operations Officer at Imperial Auto Industries, where he will take responsibility for leading the company’s global operations and driving improvements in productivity, operational efficiency and overall operational excellence across its teams and markets.
In his new role, Bathla will focus on aligning the organisation’s global operations with its broader business objectives while working to strengthen performance standards across the organisation. His mandate covers operational performance across diverse teams and geographies, with an emphasis on improving efficiency and driving operational excellence.
Bathla brings more than two decades of leadership experience spanning operations, manufacturing and industrial businesses. His professional background includes senior responsibilities in both domestic and international markets, giving him experience in operational transformation, business excellence and strategic leadership.
Before joining Imperial Auto Industries, Bathla served as Executive Director & COO at Plasser India Pvt Ltd, where he held a senior leadership position within the organisation. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Blue Star Limited and MOTHERSON SINTERMETAL TECHNOLOGY LIMITED.
Across these roles, Bathla has developed experience in managing operations and manufacturing businesses, along with responsibilities related to business performance and operational transformation. His exposure to both Indian and international markets has further strengthened his understanding of managing diverse teams and operational environments.
At Imperial Auto Industries, Bathla’s appointment places him in charge of the company’s global operations, with his responsibilities centred on improving productivity, strengthening operational efficiency and establishing higher performance standards across markets.
His experience across manufacturing and industrial businesses is expected to support his mandate of connecting operational execution with business priorities while driving operational excellence across the organisation.
