. X0PA AI Promotes CTO Sri Harsha Allamraju to President

Singapore-headquartered recruitment-technology company X0PA AI has appointed Sri Harsha Allamraju as president, promoting its former chief technology officer into a role combining product, commercial and operational authority across the company’s four operating regions.

Allamraju will report to founder and chief executive Nina Alag Suri and take responsibility for executing X0PA’s growth plan. Product, engineering and commercial reporting lines will be consolidated under him, while Suri will continue to oversee corporate strategy, capital, mergers and acquisitions, and the company’s global go-to-market direction.

The restructuring is effective immediately. It formalises a broader operating role for Allamraju, who joined X0PA in 2019 as vice-president of engineering before becoming CTO. During that period, he helped develop the architecture behind the company’s AI Recruiter and recruitment-process-outsourcing products, participated in technical due diligence for acquisitions and supported cross-regional operations.

X0PA was founded in Singapore in 2017 and established its Indian operation in 2018. The company subsequently expanded into the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom and now serves government agencies, enterprises and academic institutions across markets including India, Singapore, the UAE, the UK and the United States. Its Indian entity is registered in Hyderabad, where Allamraju is based.

The company is developing agentic-AI systems intended to automate multi-stage recruitment workflows. Its product suite extends beyond candidate matching into sourcing, screening, interview support and recruitment-process administration. X0PA positions documented, reviewable decision trails as a core component of the platform, particularly for public-sector and higher-education customers that require auditable hiring processes.

Allamraju’s move from CTO to president places a technology executive in charge of both product delivery and commercial execution. The arrangement is designed to reduce organisational separation between engineering decisions, customer requirements and revenue responsibilities as the company expands its agentic-AI offering.

The leadership change also separates day-to-day execution from the founder-CEO’s capital and corporate-development remit. Allamraju becomes the central operating executive for product and market delivery, while Suri retains control of strategic direction and transactions. X0PA has not announced a replacement CTO or indicated whether that position will remain separate under the new structure.

The appointment comes as recruitment platforms face heightened scrutiny over the use of personal data, automated screening and potential bias in employment decisions. X0PA states that its systems are designed around evidence-based, explainable hiring and that platform decisions can be reviewed by customers. Its official company profile lists operations in India, Singapore, the UAE, the UK and the United States.
