
P&G Health India has announced the appointment of Sanika Gokhale as its new Human Resource Leader, effective 01 October 2025. Gokhale, who has been associated with P&G Health India for more than seven years, brings extensive experience in driving people-centric strategies, HR transformation, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
During her tenure at P&G Health India, she has held several key leadership positions including Director – Human Resources for ISC Talent Practice and AMA Equality & Inclusion, Director – HR Operations & India HR Digitisation, and Senior Human Resources Manager. Her track record reflects a consistent emphasis on fostering an inclusive workplace culture, developing talent, and enabling HR processes to align with evolving business needs across multiple verticals.
Before joining P&G, Gokhale gained valuable corporate exposure through diverse roles at leading global organizations. She began her professional journey at the Kellogg Company, where she worked as an HR Specialist and Management Trainee across India and Malaysia. She also undertook a summer internship at Mondelēz International, further broadening her expertise in human resources.
Her professional background also includes engagements in business development and production management with Ace Productions, and impactful project assignments with Contract India, HSBC, and SBI. This multi-sector experience has shaped her versatile perspective, blending HR expertise with insights from corporate development and the creative industries.
