Schindler Group has announced the appointment of Nitin Chalke as the President and CEO for India and South Asia. As per the company, Chalke has rejoined Schindler after over a decade at Eaton.
Talking about the appointment, Nitin Chalke, President and CEO – India and South Asia, Schindler, said, “I am excited to rejoin Schindler and contribute to its ongoing success. Moreover, Chalke’s corporate journey demonstrates a senior leadership experience in diverse industries and different geographies. At Eaton, he assumed various leadership roles, such as Country Manager-India, President Asia Pacific – Hydraulics and Vehicles Group, and as President-North America: Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions.
He started his career as the Director of Field Operations in Schindler India in 1998. After 11 years of service, Chalke moved on to join Eaton in 2009.With 25 years of experience, Chalke specialises in developing long-term growth strategy frameworks, revenue acceleration and margin growth.
