Sudip Mazumder rejoins PGP Glass

Sudip Mazumder has joined the premium glass-making company, PGP Glass as Global Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO). PGP Glass is a Blackstone Portfolio company, with headquarters in Mumbai, India, and is one of the global leaders in the premium glass packaging industry. Sudip joins PGP Glass from L&T where he was Head-Digital (Manufacturing and Infra Projects). Incidentally, Sudip was working at PGP Glass as the CIO, before he moved to L&T.

As part of the Executive Leadership team, Mazumder will be responsible from strategy to operations of IT infrastructure, applications, enterprise architecture, digital, Industry 4.0, advanced data analytics, AI, Generative AI, information, cybersecurity and innovations.

On the move back to PGP Glass, Sudip says, “This is an exciting time. PGP Glass, now Blackstone backed, is pushing its leadership further. AI and Generative AI technologies are being added to its deep digital investments to support the growth mindset.”
