Suhas U S Elevated to Vice President – Operations at GORISCOo, Continues as CISO

Suhas U S has been elevated to Vice President – Operations at GORISCOo, while continuing to lead the organisation’s CISO function. The expanded mandate marks a new phase in his leadership journey with the company, adding broader operational responsibilities to his existing information security role.

Suhas shared the leadership update on LinkedIn, describing the elevation as a significant milestone shaped by continuous learning, increasing responsibility and the opportunity to grow alongside the organisation.

In his expanded role, Suhas will take on responsibility for operations at GORISCOo while continuing to lead the CISO function. His mandate will involve contributing to the organisation’s strategy and translating its priorities into execution as GORISCOo continues to evolve its identity, strategy and market outlook.

The leadership update also highlighted antifragility as a key organisational focus. Suhas noted that the approach is centred on learning from disruption, adapting to challenges and emerging stronger, rather than simply seeking to withstand difficult circumstances.

He further connected this philosophy with professional development, emphasising the relationship between learning, responsibility, growth and opportunity.

Suhas also acknowledged Vinita Singh and Deepak Singh, thanking the organisation’s top management for nurturing an environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.

In his message, he also recognised colleagues working towards antifragility across personal, professional and social dimensions, reflecting the broader cultural focus he associates with GORISCOo.

The elevation gives Suhas a broader leadership mandate at GORISCOo, combining operations leadership with his continuing responsibility for the CISO function. He said he looks forward to growing with the organisation, translating strategy into execution and contributing to building an organisation capable of becoming stronger through challenges.
