Mumbai, Tata Technologies and Tenneco LLC (“Tenneco”), one of the world’s leading designers, manufacturers, and distributors of advanced mobility products for original equipment (OE) and aftermarket customers, marked a significant milestone in their global partnership, reinforcing their shared commitment to scaling future ready capabilities from India.
The signing ceremony took place on 30th June and was formally commemorated at Bombay House, Mumbai, the headquarters of the Tata Group. During the ceremony, Jon Bagrosky, Chief Administrative Officer, Tenneco and Warren Harris, CEO & Managing Director, Tata Technologies, signed the agreement, reaffirming the companies’ commitment to advancing technical excellence, digital innovation, and long-term growth. The collaboration also reflects a long-term strategic commitment, with Tenneco expected to make an investment of over $100 million in this engagement over the next five years.
