Sharad brings with him more than 25 years of leadership experience, having held prominent roles at Amazon, Wipro, Virtusa, and RMSI. His diverse experience spans software engineering, cloud services, digital transformation, and business operations. At Amazon, he led global software development for the company’s talent acquisition platform, focusing on using advanced technologies to improve the efficiency and quality of hiring processes.
At Wipro, Sharad held several influential positions, including Vice President – Global Head of Application Engineering & Cloud Services, and Business Head – Wipro Gallagher Solutions. In these roles, he managed large P&L portfolios and spearheaded the establishment of digital engineering centers to align technology delivery with client objectives.
