Flora Food Group has appointed Santosh Kumar Padhi as its Global Factory Cybersecurity Leader, underscoring the company’s commitment to strengthening cybersecurity across its global manufacturing operations.
With over 14 years of experience in IT-OT cybersecurity, digital transformation, and project management, Santosh will now spearhead the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies aimed at protecting industrial control systems (ICS), operational technology (OT), and IT-OT convergence across Flora’s worldwide facilities.
A certified ICS/SCADA cybersecurity professional, Santosh is known for architecting secure OT network infrastructures aligned with global cybersecurity standards. His domain expertise spans critical sectors such as automotive, healthcare, chemicals, and energy.
Before joining Flora Food Group, he held leadership positions at Philips, TVS Motor Company, Tata Consultancy Services, and Asian Paints, where he led large-scale initiatives in OT security, digital manufacturing, and risk governance frameworks.
