Revent Group has appointed Dr. Rajesh Goel as the new Chief Executive Officer and Director – Casting Business, entrusting him with overseeing the company’s casting and machining operations that generate around ₹500 crore in revenue across several plant locations. In this critical leadership role, Dr. Goel is focused on accelerating growth and enhancing profitability, with a bold target to triple the business within the next three years. His emphasis on operational excellence and sustainable scalability makes him a pivotal figure in Revent Group’s strategic expansion in the casting sector.
Before joining Revent, Dr. Goel brought a wealth of experience from his roles in prominent manufacturing and engineering companies. His previous positions include Vice President of the Two-Wheeler Alloy Wheel Business at Uno Minda and Vice President of India Operations at Sage Metals Group. His leadership credentials are further highlighted by his tenure as General Manager – Operations (Business Unit Head) at Sigma Engineered Solutions, where he oversaw critical operational functions.
Dr. Goel’s extensive background also spans key roles such as Chief Manager for Quality & EHS at Escorts Kubota Limited, Senior Manager for Quality at DCM Engineering Ltd, and project and quality management roles at Mitsui Kinzoku Components India Pvt. Ltd. and OSRAM. Throughout his career, he has consistently driven quality improvements and operational efficiency, establishing himself as a seasoned leader in manufacturing excellence.
His appointment at Revent Group comes at a time when the company is pursuing ambitious growth and transformation plans in the casting business.
