Rajender Yadav Joins Info Edge as Senior VP to Lead Customer Success & Delivery Operations

Info Edge India Ltd. has announced the appointment of Rajender Yadav as Senior Vice President – Customer Success & Delivery Operations. With more than 20 years of experience in customer success, fraud prevention, recruitment delivery, and strategic partnerships, Rajender brings a strong track record in enhancing customer engagement and driving operational performance. In his new role, he will spearhead Info Edge’s delivery operations and lead key customer-focused initiatives to support the company’s continued growth.

“Rajender is set to strengthen Info Edge’s customer engagement and operational excellence.” His appointment marks a strategic move by the company to deepen its customer success strategies while optimizing delivery frameworks across its services. “In his new role, he will lead delivery operations and customer-centric initiatives to drive business growth.”

Before joining Info Edge, Rajender served as the Vice President for Customer Success, Fraud Prevention, and Recruitment Operations (Asia & Gulf) at foundit, where he was instrumental in streamlining customer engagement processes and strengthening fraud prevention measures. His contributions helped shape customer experience strategies in the recruitment technology domain across multiple regions.

Rajender’s most extensive professional experience comes from his tenure at Monster, where he spent over 17 years. During this time, he held several senior leadership positions, focusing on customer success, recruitment delivery, and building strategic partnerships. His role at Monster allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, delivering scalable solutions while aligning customer needs with business objectives.

He began his professional journey at Startek Malaysia, where he gained early exposure to customer service operations and team management. This foundational experience laid the groundwork for his customer-centric leadership style.

With this new appointment, Info Edge aims to further enhance its customer service capabilities and improve operational efficiencies across its portfolio. Rajender’s leadership is expected to be pivotal in driving initiatives that align customer success with long-term business impact.
