Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited has named Vineet Bhardwaj as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), underscoring the company’s commitment to building future-ready digital platforms and accelerating innovation. Based in Mumbai, Vineet will spearhead Mahindra Holidays’ technology roadmap, focusing on strengthening its digital infrastructure and enhancing customer experiences through tech-driven solutions.
Vineet brings over two decades of experience in technology leadership and digital transformation across diverse sectors. Prior to joining Mahindra Holidays, he served as Chief Digital & Information Officer at Godrej Properties Limited for 13 years, where he played a pivotal role in designing and executing the company’s digital strategy. During his tenure, he streamlined customer journeys, implemented robust CRM systems, and led large-scale digital transformation programs that strengthened Godrej Properties’ market position.
Before his stint at Godrej, Vineet worked with Aegis Limited as Associate Vice President – Shared Services, where he managed SAP applications across the group. He also held a leadership role as General Manager, COE – ERP at Reliance, where he established a Center of Excellence and led a major SAP ERP re-implementation. Vineet began his professional journey at MARICO Ltd, building his expertise in finance and technology while managing SAP FICO operations for six years.
At Mahindra Holidays, Vineet is expected to drive the next phase of digital transformation, aligning technology initiatives with the company’s business vision and improving operational efficiency. His proven ability to leverage technology for business growth and deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions positions him as a key driver in Mahindra Holidays’ mission to create seamless, tech-enabled experiences for its members.
