
PwC India has announced the appointment of Priya Ramdev as Partner. With over two decades of experience spanning human capital management, organizational leadership, and people strategy, she brings a wealth of expertise in shaping transformative HR practices and leadership development. In her new role, Ramdev will focus on guiding organizations through transformation journeys, building leadership capabilities, and crafting future-ready talent strategies.
Ramdev’s career reflects a strong track record of leadership across global consulting and corporate environments. She most recently served as Chief People Officer at McKinsey & Company, where she was at the helm of key people and culture initiatives. Beyond her corporate leadership roles, she is the Founder of Leadership Prism, an executive coaching and HR advisory firm. Through this venture, she has collaborated with a diverse set of leading organizations, including EY, Genpact, SBI Ventures Limited, Sharda Motors, IFFCO Group-MC, and Generation, helping them strengthen leadership pipelines and elevate their people agendas.
Her professional journey also includes a distinguished 15-year tenure at Accenture. During this period, she held multiple senior HR leadership positions, including Head of HR for the India Market Unit of Accenture Strategy, HR Head for Technology Consulting, and Vice President for Talent Strategy. These roles allowed her to lead large-scale HR transformations and align talent strategies with business priorities across different verticals.
Before joining Accenture, Ramdev began her career at Citi India in credit risk management, gaining early exposure to the financial services sector and strengthening her analytical and strategic skills. This diverse career background—spanning finance, HR, and leadership consulting—has equipped her with a multidimensional approach to solving people and organizational challenges.
