Based in Mumbai, Jain transitions from his previous position as President – Data Center Operations, a role in which he oversaw mission-critical functions including availability, security, incident management, and capacity planning. With more than three decades of leadership experience, Jain brings a rich background spanning global technology and telecom companies. He has held senior roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS), Adani Enterprises, Reliance Communications, Motorola Mobility (a Lenovo Company), Lucent Technologies, Essar Telecom, and Siemens. This diverse experience positions him uniquely to navigate the evolving landscape of digital infrastructure and enterprise transformation.
Jain also combines industry experience with academic excellence. He has completed advanced executive programs at Stanford, Wharton, and Dartmouth and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Generative AI. This blend of operational leadership and innovation-focused learning is expected to enhance CtrlS’s capabilities in harnessing cutting-edge technologies for hyperscale delivery and transformation.
