Before joining UNiDAYS, Mona served as Chief People Officer and Chief of Staff at Perkbox, where she guided the company through a major growth phase and acquisition, ensuring strong employee engagement and organizational agility. During her tenure, she was instrumental in building a people-first culture that supported Perkbox’s rapid evolution and business transformation.
Beyond her corporate leadership roles, Mona founded Path Forward Limited, an executive coaching and consulting firm that focuses on leadership development, cultural transformation, and strategic alignment within organizations. Her experience as a founder and coach reflects her deep commitment to nurturing leadership potential and creating meaningful employee experiences.
Earlier in her career, Mona held senior HR positions at CPP Investments, RBC Capital Markets, and CIBC, where she played a key role in developing global talent strategies that supported business performance across diverse markets. Her broad expertise spans talent management, organizational design, leadership development, and change management — areas that will be central to her role at UNiDAYS.
