Mphasis Reports 11.4% Revenue Growth in Q2 FY26; AI-Led Services Drive Momentum Despite Softer Deal Wins

Mphasis reported a strong second-quarter performance for FY26, posting 11.4% year-on-year (YoY) revenue growth and a 10.8% YoY rise in net profit, driven by steady demand for its AI-powered digital and cloud transformation services. The company secured total contract value (TCV) deals worth $528 million in its direct business during the quarter, with 87% of the wins coming from next-generation services, highlighting the growing market appetite for AI-led innovation and modernization programs.

CEO Nitin Rakesh emphasized that the company’s forward-looking investments in AI have paid off, reinforcing its role as a key enabler for enterprises pursuing digital transformation. “Early investments in AI have positioned Mphasis as a strategic partner for clients navigating their transformation journeys,” he said. The company continues to see strong traction across AI-enabled services such as intelligent automation, cloud modernization, and advanced analytics, which have become central to its client engagements.

Regional performance remained a key strength, with the Americas contributing 83.6% of total revenue, reflecting Mphasis’ deep-rooted customer relationships and robust business pipeline in its largest geography. The firm’s consistent execution and focus on client-centric innovation helped maintain operational stability amid an evolving macroeconomic landscape.

While deal wins were slightly lower compared to previous quarters, analysts view the results as a sign of sustainable growth built on higher-quality engagements and improved profitability. Mphasis continues to optimize its delivery model and workforce to enhance efficiency, agility, and scalability in meeting global enterprise demand.

As of September 30, 2025, the company’s total headcount stood at 30,809 employees, demonstrating a balanced approach between growth and operational efficiency.
With its ongoing emphasis on AI-driven solutions, cloud integration, and digital transformation, Mphasis remains well-positioned to capitalize on next-generation technology opportunities. The latest quarterly performance reinforces its standing as a trusted technology partner to Fortune 500 companies seeking business agility and innovation through AI-first strategies.
