LTIMindtree Expands Global Partnership with Microsoft to Accelerate Azure Adoption and AI-Driven Enterprise Transformation

LTIMindtree has announced a significant expansion of its global partnership with Microsoft, strengthening joint efforts to help enterprises accelerate Azure adoption and embed AI into core business operations. The collaboration brings together LTIMindtree’s deep industry and engineering expertise with Microsoft’s advanced AI ecosystem—including Azure OpenAI, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Fabric—to enable faster cloud value realization, enhanced automation and more intelligent decision-making across enterprise environments. With organizations worldwide racing to modernize systems and scale AI responsibly, the strengthened partnership aims to support customers in moving from experimentation to large-scale impact.

Venu Lambu, CEO and Managing Director at LTIMindtree, outlined the company’s vision for this renewed collaboration. “By accelerating Azure adoption and embedding AI into every business process, we are helping customers move from pilots to productivity, unlocking innovation, resilience, and growth at scale.” He added that LTIMindtree is reinforcing its own internal security posture by deploying Microsoft’s complete security suite across its enterprise landscape, establishing a robust model for secure operations across hybrid and multi-cloud setups. This not only strengthens its internal governance but also sets a standard for customers navigating increasingly complex cloud environments.

Microsoft also emphasized the momentum behind the partnership. Stephen Boyle, Vice President for Global System Integrators at Microsoft, highlighted LTIMindtree’s leading role in driving AI transformation for organizations around the world. He noted that the company’s proactive implementation of Microsoft’s AI technologies internally equips it to guide clients effectively through modernization journeys and help them scale responsibly. According to Boyle, LTIMindtree’s capabilities, combined with Microsoft’s platforms, form the foundation of a broader 360-degree engagement model designed to help enterprises harness AI strategically.

The expanded partnership will focus on accelerating cloud migration, modernizing data estates, enabling secure digital operations and embedding AI copilots across business functions. By integrating enterprise-ready AI tools with industry-specific modernization frameworks, LTIMindtree and Microsoft aim to improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows and support long-term digital resilience. As global organizations increasingly look to adopt AI-driven models, the two companies intend to provide the technological depth, security assurance and execution expertise needed to build more adaptive and future-ready businesses.
