CitiusTech and Ventra Health Launch Agentic AI Platform to Transform Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management

CitiusTech has partnered with Ventra Health to develop vCision, an agentic AI–powered revenue intelligence platform designed to address persistent inefficiencies in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM). The platform focuses on tackling revenue leakage, claim denials and reimbursement delays by bringing AI-driven intelligence into complex billing and payment workflows used by healthcare providers.

At a time when providers are under growing financial pressure due to evolving reimbursement rules and administrative complexity, vCision is positioned as a decision-support and automation layer across the revenue cycle. The platform uses agentic AI capabilities to analyse claims data, identify risk patterns, flag potential denials early and recommend corrective actions, enabling organisations to act before revenue is lost or delayed.

Early deployments of vCision have already demonstrated measurable outcomes. According to the companies, pilot implementations have resulted in a 19% improvement in first-pass payment rates and a 26% reduction in initial claim denial rates. These gains point to stronger front-end accuracy, better prioritisation of work queues and faster resolution of revenue-impacting issues.

As part of the partnership, CitiusTech is responsible for building and scaling the engineering, data and AI foundation that powers vCision. Its role spans advanced analytics, AI model development and integration with existing healthcare IT systems. Ventra Health, meanwhile, will establish a new Global Capability Centre (GCC) to support large-scale deployment, ongoing optimisation and customer delivery of the platform.

Rajan Kohli, CEO of CitiusTech, said the focus is on embedding AI driven intelligence to improve financial predictability and reduce revenue loss. He emphasised that agentic AI can move RCM beyond reactive processes toward proactive, insight-led operations that help providers better manage financial outcomes.

Ventra Health CEO Steven Huddleston said vCision enables faster, more informed decisions as reimbursement requirements evolve. He highlighted that the platform is designed to adapt to changing payer rules and regulatory complexity while helping revenue teams prioritise the actions that matter most.

With healthcare organisations increasingly seeking technology-led solutions to stabilise cash flows and reduce administrative burden, the collaboration between CitiusTech and Ventra Health reflects a broader shift toward intelligent, AI-native platforms in revenue cycle management. By combining domain expertise with agentic AI, vCision aims to help providers protect margins, improve operational efficiency and gain greater confidence in their revenue performance.
