PowerUp Money, a wealthtech startup founded by Uni Cards co-founder Prateek Jindal, has raised $10 million in a funding round led by Flourish Ventures. The fresh capital will support the company’s expansion of AI-led wealth management products and investment advisory services.
Existing investors Peak XV Partners, Accel, Blume Ventures, Kae Capital, 8i Ventures and DeVC also participated in the round. The funding values the Bengaluru-based company at approximately $73 million, according to a report by The Economic Times.
Founded in 2025, PowerUp Money provides mutual fund portfolio tracking and investment advisory services to retail investors. The platform has more than 1.5 million users who track mutual fund portfolios worth over ₹2.5 lakh crore.
The company initially built its customer base through free portfolio tracking and research tools before introducing paid advisory services. Its subscription product, PowerUp Elite, helps investors identify underperforming mutual funds, rebalance portfolios and make investment decisions. The product has attracted more than 1 lakh paid members within a year of its launch.
PowerUp has also introduced Elite Prime, an AI-enabled digital wealth advisory product designed to provide personalised investment recommendations. Its features include risk profiling, asset allocation, portfolio rebalancing, systematic investment planning and withdrawal strategies. An AI-powered wealth coach helps users understand the recommendations and engage with the platform.
Another offering, Infinite, provides managed wealth advisory services covering financial planning, portfolio construction, asset allocation and ongoing portfolio management. The company has reported approximately ₹500 crore in assets under management through the service within around nine months of its launch.
With the latest funding, PowerUp plans to strengthen its AI-powered wealth management capabilities and expand its advisory offerings. It is also looking to extend its services beyond mutual funds into stocks, exchange-traded funds and other asset classes.
The company aims to make personalised investment advice more accessible through a technology-led model, combining automated recommendations with human-led wealth management services.
The latest investment follows PowerUp Money’s earlier funding activity, including a $12 million Series A round raised in December 2025, led by Peak XV Partners and other investors.
