In his new role, Arun will lead initiatives spanning Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, agentic systems, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, and modern data platforms. His mandate goes beyond experimentation, focusing on translating emerging technologies into scalable, production-ready solutions that deliver tangible outcomes across industries. Prior to joining alliantgroup, Arun served as Global Chief Technology Officer – Data and AI at Sogeti, part of the Capgemini Group. In that role, he was instrumental in defining global technology strategy, driving AI-first transformation programs, and contributing to thought leadership across multiple regions. He worked closely with enterprises to modernise data estates, deploy AI at scale, and align technology initiatives with long-term business objectives.
Arun also held senior leadership roles at Sogeti India, where he served as Data and AI Practice Lead. During this phase, he played a pivotal role in building and scaling high-impact data and AI practices, delivering enterprise-grade solutions, and developing globally distributed teams capable of executing complex, multi-market transformation programs. His experience spans the full lifecycle of AI adoption—from architecture and platform modernisation to governance, operationalisation, and value realisation.
