In his role at Protingent Group, Harry brings extensive experience in leading large, distributed teams and driving technology-led transformation initiatives. His contributions have played a key role in improving operational visibility and efficiency, including the implementation of Power BI dashboards and the automation of finance and back-office processes. He has also been instrumental in advancing the company’s CRM and intelligent systems, including the development of an AI Agent and CRM PRO, helping strengthen data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Harry’s elevation reflects his ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. His background includes strong project and program management credentials, backed by PMP? and PRINCE2? certifications. In addition, he has completed executive education programs at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, the Indian Institute of Management Indore, the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore, and Purdue University, further reinforcing his leadership capabilities at the intersection of technology, operations, and business strategy.
