Shalini Kaul has been appointed as Head of Marketing – HPE Networking at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where she will lead marketing strategy and execution across India for HPE’s networking portfolio.Shalini brings over two decades of experience in marketing, communications, and technology leadership, combining deep domain expertise with a proven track record of building impactful marketing strategies across enterprise IT, cybersecurity, and cloud technology sectors.
Prior to joining HPE, Shalini spent nearly eight years at Juniper Networks as Marketing Director for India, where she led marketing programs that strengthened the company’s brand presence and customer engagement in the region. Before Juniper, she served as Head of Marketing – India at FireEye, Inc. from April 2014 to May 2018, steering marketing strategy, corporate communications, and demand generation programs for cybersecurity solutions across the Indian market. Earlier, Shalini led marketing and corporate communication initiatives at NetApp from January 2010 to September 2013, where she strategized and executed communication projects spanning media relations, corporate communications, analyst engagement, and internal communications, while also driving thought leadership in emerging technology trends.
Shalini began her career with EMC Data Storage India Pvt. Ltd. as Marketing Manager, developing and executing marketing plans, managing demand generation campaigns, events, analyst relations, and communication programs. She also managed creative and PR agencies to execute programs across multiple business lines and product verticals.
With a career spanning over 20 years across leading technology companies including Dell Technologies, Sun Microsystems, NetApp, FireEye, Juniper Networks, and now Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Shalini Kaul’s appointment reflects HPE’s commitment to strengthening marketing leadership, delivering customer-centric campaigns, and driving growth in India’s dynamic enterprise technology landscape.
