Sachin Gaur has been appointed as Chief Learning Officer at KPMG India, where he will lead the firm’s learning and capability agenda. In this role, he will focus on building future-ready skills, strengthening leadership pipelines, and advancing enterprise-wide learning ecosystems. His appointment highlights KPMG India’s continued emphasis on talent development to support transformation, growth, and a high-performance culture across the organisation.
Prior to his appointment at KPMG India, Sachin Gaur served as Global Head – Capability, Change, Organisation and Leadership Development at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where he led global capability-building initiatives aligned with transformation priorities. He brings deep expertise in building enterprise learning ecosystems and designing future-ready capability strategies for global organisations.
Sachin has also held impactful global learning leadership roles at Novartis and Deloitte Consulting, including as Global Consulting Chief Learning Officer at Deloitte, where he worked closely with consulting leadership worldwide to shape consistent learning curricula at scale. Earlier in his career, he contributed to leadership development programs at IBM and was involved in capability development initiatives at Accenture and Firstsource Solutions.
Throughout his career, Sachin has been focused on driving large-scale leadership and capability development programs across global enterprises. His experience spans designing and implementing learning strategies, developing high-potential talent, and nurturing leadership pipelines to support organisational transformation and growth.
With this appointment, KPMG India expects Sachin Gaur to strengthen the firm’s learning agenda and play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of high-performing talent and leaders.
