Flipkart-owned fashion ecommerce platform Myntra has appointed Pramod Adiddam as its Chief Technology Officer, reinforcing its senior leadership as the company continues to scale its digital platform and expand its presence in quick commerce. The appointment is effective immediately.
In his new role, Adiddam will be responsible for Myntra’s overall technology strategy, with a focus on driving platform innovation, ensuring long-term scalability, and strengthening engineering capabilities to support the company’s growth ambitions. He will report to Myntra Chief Executive Officer Nandita Sinha, the company said.
Adiddam brings more than two decades of experience in building and operating large-scale, consumer-facing technology platforms. Prior to joining Myntra, he held senior engineering leadership roles at Google and Instacart, where he led global teams across platform development, marketplace expansion, and product innovation. His background includes designing and scaling complex commerce systems and supporting multi-billion-dollar marketplace operations.
Commenting on the appointment, Myntra CEO Nandita Sinha said, “Technology underpins Myntra’s ability to deliver a simple and intuitive customer experience to millions of shoppers. As Myntra continues to grow in scale and depth of offerings, Pramod’s expertise in building and operating large, global platforms and his ability to combine deep technical understanding with disciplined execution will be key as we continue to strengthen our technology foundations at scale.”
Adiddam also shared his perspective on joining the company, noting that Myntra has built a robust technology platform anchored in rigour, scale, and customer focus. He added that his priority would be to further deepen the organisation’s technology capabilities to support sustained, long-term growth.
The CTO appointment marks Myntra’s second senior leadership hire this year. In the previous month, the company named Ritesh Mishra as senior vice-president and head of category and revenue, reflecting continued investment in strengthening its leadership bench.
Myntra’s business performance has continued to show strong momentum. The company crossed the Rs 6,000 crore revenue mark in the fiscal year ended March 2025, with revenue from operations increasing 18% to Rs 6,042.7 crore in FY25 from Rs 5,121.8 crore in FY24. During the same period, Myntra’s profit after tax surged 18 times, underscoring improved operating leverage and scale.
As Myntra expands its platform capabilities and deepens its quick commerce offerings, Adiddam’s appointment is expected to play a central role in shaping the company’s technology roadmap and supporting its next phase of growth.
