Jeril Jose Cherukunnel has been appointed as Co-Founder & Chief Architect – AI-Native Agentic Platform at Connect4sure Technologies Pvt Ltd, marking a significant milestone in the company’s ambition to transform enterprise operations through artificial intelligence and autonomous systems. Operating from Bengaluru, he will lead platform architecture, AI systems integration, and the overall engineering strategy behind Connect4Sure’s AI-native agentic platform.
In this role, Jeril will be responsible for designing and scaling a resilient, enterprise-grade AI framework capable of global deployment. His mandate includes ensuring that the platform delivers intelligent, predictive, and autonomous business availability for organizations operating in complex and high-stakes environments.
Under his leadership, Connect4Sure is focused on redefining enterprise operations across regulated sectors, financial services, hyperscale infrastructure, logistics, and digital-first enterprises. The AI-native agentic platform is built around autonomous AI agents that continuously monitor operational environments, anticipate potential disruptions, and automatically trigger corrective actions to safeguard uninterrupted business continuity. This strategic appointment reflects the company’s commitment to continuous intelligence, operational resilience, and autonomous enterprise continuity on a global scale.
Jeril has been associated with Connect4Sure since July 2022, serving as VP – IT and Co-Founder. During this period, he has played a central role in shaping the company’s technology vision. Earlier in 2022, he worked as Technical Operations Officer at C4Cloud for eleven months, where he managed critical technical and operational functions. He also holds the Microsoft Azure Developer Associate credential, further strengthening his expertise in cloud-native architectures and scalable enterprise solutions.
Before that, Jeril served as IT and Operations Manager at Corsica Solutions Pvt Ltd from July 2021 to March 2022 in Bengaluru, where he oversaw infrastructure management and operational technology delivery.
From January 2019 to July 2021, he worked as a Network Specialist at Aintree in HSR Layout, Bangalore. In this capacity, he developed strong capabilities in network architecture, connectivity optimization, and enterprise-grade systems support, laying the technical foundation for his later leadership in AI-driven infrastructure platforms.
With extensive experience spanning network engineering, IT operations, cloud systems, and autonomous platform development, Jeril now leads the architectural blueprint for Connect4Sure’s AI-native agentic platform.
