LTIMindtree, which has proposed changing its name to LTM subject to shareholder approval, has announced a collaboration with NVIDIA to support the modernization of India’s national tax analytics platform under the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) Insight 2.0 initiative.
As part of the Insight 2.0 program, LTM will implement a secure cloud environment powered by NVIDIA’s full-stack AI infrastructure and accelerated computing capabilities. The deployment is designed to streamline complex workloads, enable high-performance data processing, and deliver real-time intelligence to strengthen tax administration across the country. The initiative represents a major step toward enhancing digital governance through automation, scalability, and data-driven decision-making.
At the core of the transformation is LTM’s BlueVerse platform, which will function as the intelligence backbone of the program. BlueVerse enables AI integration across operational layers of the tax platform, supporting AI-driven workflows, automated campaign management, advanced case handling processes, and AI-enabled helpdesk assistance. It will also power a smart citizen portal, aimed at delivering a seamless and transparent interface for taxpayers.
The integrated solution is expected to improve compliance monitoring, reduce leakages, and enhance operational efficiency at scale. By embedding advanced AI capabilities into tax operations, the collaboration seeks to create a more responsive, resilient, and citizen-centric digital governance ecosystem in India.
