Ajay Meshram has been appointed Executive Vice President at Easebuzz, where he will lead business strategy, product initiatives and operational excellence for the fintech platform. In this role, he will focus on scaling integrated payment solutions, strengthening operational frameworks and driving strategic initiatives to expand Easebuzz’s presence in the digital payments ecosystem.
Meshram brings nearly two decades of experience across fintech, e-commerce and logistics. Prior to joining Easebuzz, he served as Vice President at Paytm, where he spent over four years leading product strategy, operations and process excellence for offline merchants while also driving initiatives related to merchant and employee experience.
Earlier, he held leadership roles at Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) as Director and Head of Sales & Operations, and as Associate Director – Operations, where he worked on expanding operational efficiency and scaling marketplace operations.
Before that, Meshram worked with Flipkart, managing category operations and supply planning across several business units including books, beauty, baby care, sports, fitness, gourmet and toys. In that role, he led initiatives related to marketplace operations, inventory management and customer experience improvements.
He also brings international operational experience from his tenure as Vice President of Operations at Jumia Group in Nigeria, and earlier worked as an Operations Manager at Amazon.
Meshram began his career with a five-year stint at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, where he received the Chairman’s Award for operational innovation.
With deep expertise in supply chain management, product strategy and scaling business units, Meshram is expected to play a key role in strengthening Easebuzz’s growth strategy and advancing its integrated digital payments offerings.
