Saaurabh R Pradhaan has been appointed Executive Director and Chief Operations Officer at Finfinity, strengthening the fintech company’s leadership as it expands its presence in the digital financial services ecosystem.
Pradhaan confirmed his appointment through a LinkedIn post, noting that he has taken on the new role at the company. With more than 27 years of professional experience, he brings expertise across multiple industries including banking, financial technology, automotive, ecommerce and digital businesses.
Prior to joining Finfinity, Pradhaan spent over nine years with YES Bank, where he held senior leadership roles and contributed to operational and business initiatives across the organisation.
During his career, he has also been associated with companies such as CarTrade and HDFC Bank, gaining extensive experience in financial services, digital platforms and operational leadership.
Commenting on the appointment, Pradeep Chauhan, Chief Executive Officer at Finfinity, said the company aims to simplify financial decision-making and connect customers with the right financial solutions through technology. He added that Pradhaan’s experience in building scalable platforms and driving operational excellence will play a key role as the company strengthens its execution and expands its impact across the financial services landscape.
With his cross-industry experience and leadership background, Pradhaan is expected to support Finfinity’s growth strategy and help strengthen its operational capabilities as the company continues to scale its fintech offerings.
