Picsart Introduces AI Agent Marketplace to Help Creators Automate Workflows

Picsart has unveiled a new AI-powered agent marketplace that enables creators to assign tasks to virtual assistants capable of handling various creative and operational processes. The platform allows users to “hire” AI agents for functions such as resizing and remixing social media content, as well as editing product images for e-commerce platforms like Shopify.

With a global user base exceeding 130 million, largely consisting of Gen Z creators, Picsart continues to strengthen its position as an advanced design platform tailored for content creators and social media professionals. The introduction of this marketplace aligns with the growing demand for agent-based AI systems that can execute tasks independently, similar to a personal assistant.

Commenting on the launch, Picsart founder and CEO Hovhannes Avoyan stated, “Creators have been stuck as the operator of every workflow — the one doing, not deciding. Our Agents change that relationship — you set direction, the agent builds a plan using real data, you approve, it executes.”

At launch, the marketplace includes four AI agents: Flair, Resize Pro, Remix, and Swap. The Flair agent is designed for e-commerce users and can analyze market trends to recommend improvements, such as enhancing product visuals for better consistency. Future updates are expected to enable features like A/B testing and identifying underperforming products to optimize sales strategies.

Meanwhile, Resize Pro focuses on adapting images and videos to platform-specific dimensions. It uses generative AI to extend visual frames where needed, ensuring the final output appears naturally composed rather than simply cropped.

Picsart plans to expand its agent offerings regularly, introducing more specialized tools over time. While the platform provides a limited number of free AI credits, access to these advanced agents will likely require a paid subscription, with premium plans starting at approximately $10 per month when billed annually.

This launch highlights the company’s continued push into AI-driven creativity tools, aiming to shift creators from manual execution toward a more strategic, decision-making role supported by intelligent automation.
