Harvinder Gill has been appointed Executive Vice President at Broadridge. In this role, he will lead strategic cybersecurity initiatives, strengthen enterprise security architecture, advance digital resilience, and drive innovation across Broadridge’s global technology landscape.
Prior to this appointment, Gill served as Vice President – Cyber Security at State Street, where he established and scaled a global capability center in India, leading enterprise-wide security engineering across cloud, DevSecOps, identity, and Zero Trust frameworks. He also held senior leadership roles at Microsoft and DXC Technology, overseeing large-scale digital security programs and risk engineering initiatives.
Gill began his career with Wipro and R Systems, where he built foundational expertise in information security, SOC transformation, and enterprise risk management.
With over a decade of experience driving cybersecurity strategy and operations at scale, Gill’s appointment positions Broadridge to enhance its global security posture while accelerating digital resilience and innovation initiatives.
