AI Startup Natter Secures $23M to Transform Enterprise Insights

Natter has raised $23 million in a funding round led by Renegade Partners, with participation from Kindred Capital, Costanoa Ventures, Rackhouse Ventures, Village Global, and Asymmetric Capital Partners.

The company plans to use the fresh capital to accelerate global expansion and strengthen its AI-native platform designed to capture and analyze real-time enterprise conversations at scale.

Natter’s platform enables thousands of simultaneous, ongoing one-on-one video conversations across employees, customers, and stakeholders, transforming these interactions into actionable insights for business functions such as sales, strategy, HR, and policy—delivered in hours instead of weeks.

Unlike traditional methods like surveys, focus groups, and interviews, the platform captures deeper, real-time, contextual data, allowing organizations to uncover insights that are often missed through conventional approaches.

The solution is already being used by global enterprises including Accenture, ServiceNow, Mondelez International, PwC, and Philip Morris International.

Commenting on the development, Charlie Woodward, CEO and Co-Founder of Natter, said, “We started Natter with a simple but radical belief: that every person inside an enterprise has something important to say, and that leaders deserve to hear it—accurately, instantly, and at scale. The response from organisations like Accenture, ServiceNow and Philip Morris has shown us just how urgent that need is.”

A recent global study conducted across 300 HR and people leaders from Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies highlights the platform’s impact. Just 40 minutes of AI-driven conversations generated more insights than over 500 hours of traditional interviews, while producing up to 40 times more usable voice data compared to focus groups.

The study also found that AI-led conversations uncovered significantly more themes—ranging between 97% to 147% higher—while enabling greater psychological safety, with all participants reporting higher comfort levels in sharing candid feedback. Additionally, over 80% of respondents indicated that these conversations revealed insights that traditional methods failed to capture.

With enterprises increasingly seeking faster, deeper, and more actionable intelligence, Natter is positioning itself as a foundational layer for capturing the “voice of the enterprise” at scale.
