Nava has raised $22 million in a funding round led by Greenoaks Capital, with participation from RTP Global and Unicorn India Ventures.
This follows an earlier seed round of $9.6 million raised in July last year, led by RTP Global.
The fresh capital will be used to build a full-stack AI cloud infrastructure platform focused on the Asia-Pacific region, while also expanding platform capabilities and strengthening the company’s presence across key regional markets.
Previously operating as Kluisz, Nava is pivoting toward developing enterprise-focused AI infrastructure to meet the growing demand for scalable and efficient AI systems.
Founded in 2024 by Abhinav Sinha, former COO and CPO at Oyo, Vamshidhar Reddy, a former McKinsey partner, and Abhijeet Singh, a former Jio cloud executive, the company is building a developer-first, AI-native private cloud platform tailored for enterprise use cases.
The platform is designed to orchestrate AI workloads across hybrid, on-premise, edge, and sovereign cloud environments, integrating capabilities such as security, observability, and automation within a unified system.
It enables developers to define key parameters such as performance, compliance, and cost, while the platform autonomously manages deployment and execution across different infrastructure layers.
With increasing enterprise demand for AI-ready infrastructure, Nava is positioning itself to support organizations in deploying and managing complex AI workloads efficiently across diverse environments.
