Sripad Patil has taken on the role of Managing Director at Accenture, marking a key milestone in his leadership journey across technology, digital transformation, and enterprise architecture.
In this role, he will focus on driving strategic initiatives, leading large-scale transformation programs, and strengthening Accenture’s capabilities across global markets.
Prior to this appointment, he served as Senior Vice President – Complex Programs & Products at Ascendion from June 2024 to April 2026 in New Delhi, where he led high-impact initiatives across enterprise programs and product-led transformations.
Earlier, he was associated with Mphasis as Chief Technology Officer – Europe Region from December 2020 to June 2024 in Noida, where he oversaw technology strategy and innovation initiatives for the region.
He also held the role of Senior Vice President at Coforge from March 2020 to October 2020 in Delhi NCR, contributing to digital services and global delivery programs.
A significant part of his career was spent at Mercer, where he worked as Enterprise Architect from June 2011 to March 2020, leading architecture initiatives across the APAC region.
He began his professional journey at NIIT Technologies, progressing from Senior Developer to Solutions Architect, building strong expertise in enterprise platforms and solution design.
With extensive experience across digital engineering, enterprise architecture, and transformation leadership, Sripad Patil brings a strong foundation to drive Accenture’s strategic growth and innovation agenda.
