Over nearly three years at Concentrix, Karthik has progressed from Associate Director, playing a key role in strengthening engineering capabilities and delivering robust, business-critical technology solutions. His contributions have been instrumental in enhancing development processes and aligning technology outcomes with business objectives.
Prior to Concentrix, he served as a Senior Software Designer at Micro Focus and spent over seven years at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a System Software Engineer. He began his career at Silver Atena GmbH, where he developed a strong foundation in software engineering and system architecture.
In his new role, Karthik will lead application development initiatives and define architectural strategy, focusing on building scalable, resilient, and high-performance software systems. With extensive experience across software development, system design, and enterprise architecture, he brings deep technical expertise and strategic leadership to drive innovation and deliver impactful technology solutions.
