
Nabil Ahmed has been appointed as Vice President – Delivery and AI Initiatives at Techila Global Services, marking a strategic move by the company to strengthen its delivery capabilities while accelerating adoption of artificial intelligence. His appointment comes at a time when organizations are increasingly focusing on AI-driven efficiency and scalable service models to stay competitive.
In his new role, Nabil will be responsible for leading delivery excellence across the organization while spearheading AI-led transformation initiatives. He is expected to focus on scaling operational capabilities, improving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality service delivery for clients. The role also involves integrating AI into core business processes, enabling smarter decision-making and enhanced performance outcomes.
Nabil brings a strong and diverse leadership background in global service delivery and operations. Prior to joining Techila Global Services, he served as Executive Vice President – Strategy and Operations at Launch Ventures, where he played a key role in driving organizational strategy and operational growth. His experience reflects a consistent focus on aligning business objectives with execution excellence.
He has also held significant leadership roles at Ennoventure, Inc. and Zones, LLC, where he managed global delivery functions and led large-scale operations. During his tenure, he worked on optimizing service delivery frameworks and enhancing customer success through structured and scalable approaches.
Earlier in his career, Nabil gained valuable experience working with organizations such as JPMorgan Chase, Mahindra Group, Rolls-Royce Power Systems, and Caterpillar Inc.. These roles helped him build deep expertise in service delivery, client success, and operational leadership, positioning him well to drive Techila’s next phase of growth through AI and innovation.
